About Milega AB

Milega AB is a consultancy company that works on developing organisations and their employees.

We usually work on assignments from boards, Group Presidents or CEOs.

We really want to make a difference. That’s why it’s not enough for us to be the best at what we do. We also need to be the best at how we do it.

Everyone working at Milega has experience of being a member of a management team and of being a manager. We have gathered together at Milega because we share a belief that it is possible to make a difference and create results.

Our working method

We like to ensure that we really make a difference in our assignments. That’s why we don’t just do what everyone else does.

Why

We really want to make a difference. We always start from the needs of the customer and what they want to achieve when designing and implementing an assignment.

Who

The human perspective is always central in all our assignments. The results of our efforts will be used by people, which is why our starting point is always who you are, e.g. expertise, background, relationships, when we design an assignment. What Only when both you and we know what the aim is, what you want to achieve, and know who among you has been appointed to carry out your assignment can we define what we will be working on.

How

When both you and we know the aim and purpose of the assignment, who we are working with and what we are working on, we can determine how to do it, e.g. scope and choice of method. As we really want to make a difference, it’s not enough for us to be the best at what we do; we also need to be the best at how we do it.

Difference

In order to ensure that we really make a difference, we like to measure what we do. Sometimes we measure what we do by means of key figures, e.g. sales down to the penny, profit margin, number of sales visits, sales per customer in a store. Sometimes we carry out customer satisfaction surveys, employee surveys, follow up brands, etc.
